隐私政策

本政策说明 MacroAlpha（由 LIJIE WANG 运营，以下简称“我们”）如何处理 MacroAlpha 网站、iOS App 与 Android App 中的数据。联系邮箱：founder@macroalpha.io。

我们处理的数据

账号与联系资料：邮箱、用户 ID、验证与登录状态。
用户主动创建的内容：个人资料、对话、私信、笔记、摘录、支持请求及上传的附件。用户主动请求把语音附件转成文字时，该段音频会交由下述模型服务商处理并返回文本。公开发表的评论在发布前也会交由同一模型服务商做安全审核。这两类处理都固定走零数据保留（Zero Data Retention）通道：服务商不留存内容，也因此无法用它训练模型。
购买与权益资料：产品 ID、商店或支付交易标识、订阅状态、有效期和退款/撤销状态。购买经 Apple App Store、Google Play 结算或网站端 Stripe 完成；这三方的完整付款卡资料都不会交给我们。
设备与安全资料：安装标识、经用户授权后产生的推送令牌、IP、请求时间和用于防滥用的有限日志。
产品交互：播放、阅读、内容进度和功能状态，用于提供用户请求的产品功能。

用途与共享

我们只为提供账号、内容、会员权益、支付核验、消息、笔记、支持、安全与合规功能处理数据。我们不出售个人数据，不投放第三方广告，也不进行跨 App/网站跟踪。

为提供服务，我们让受约束的服务商处理必要数据。服务商只能为约定目的处理数据，不得用于自身目的。当前清单如下：

Amazon Web Services（服务器托管，日本东京）。
Cloudflare（对象存储与内容分发：附件、导出文件）。
OpenRouter（用户主动使用的 AI 对话、语音转文字、文档识别与公开评论安全审核，以及对话摘要、分享卡片、支持会话标题等由系统自动发起的文本处理）。它是模型路由服务，可能把请求转发至其上游模型服务商。语音转文字与公开评论审核固定走零数据保留通道。文档识别需要先把文件交给 OpenRouter 的文件解析插件（file-parser）抽取文字，该插件不在零数据保留通道的覆盖范围内；文档识别只在你逐份明确确认后才会运行。其余 AI 功能按所选模型的供应商策略处理。
Mailgun（事务性邮件投递）。
Apple（App Store 购买核验、Apple 登录、iOS 推送）。
Google（Google 登录、Google Play 购买核验、Android 推送）。
Stripe（网站端支付）。

我们要求上述服务商以合同承担与本政策同等水平的保护义务，并仅按我们的指示处理数据。服务商变更会随本政策版本更新。

保存、删除与安全

账号数据通常保存到账号删除完成。提出删除后有 14 天撤销期，期间账号进入只读；到期后进入处理并清除或去标识化可识别内容。为履行财务、反欺诈、安全或法律义务所必需的最小记录可继续保存。完成后的匿名删除状态至少保留 90 天。备份中的残留会按受控保留周期到期。

我们采用传输加密、访问控制、凭据隔离、最小权限与审计措施；但任何联网服务都无法保证绝对安全。

选择与权利

用户可在 App 内查看/导出账号资料、申请或撤销删除、管理推送偏好，并可通过上述邮箱提出访问、更正、删除或隐私问题。具体权利依适用法律而异。

儿童、跨境与变更

MacroAlpha 不面向未达到所在地区可独立同意数字服务年龄的儿童。服务商和服务器可能位于用户所在国家或地区之外，我们会要求适当保护。重大政策变更会更新版本与生效日期，并在适当时另行通知。

MacroAlpha, operated by LIJIE WANG, processes account identifiers, user-created content, purchase and entitlement evidence, limited device/security data, and product interactions across the website, iOS App and Android App to provide the service, secure it, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data, serve third-party ads, or track users across apps and websites.

Named processors are Amazon Web Services (hosting, Tokyo), Cloudflare (object storage and delivery), OpenRouter (user-invoked AI chat, speech-to-text, document recognition and public-comment safety review, plus system-initiated text processing such as conversation digests, share cards and support-thread titles; a model router that may forward requests to its upstream model providers), Mailgun (transactional email), Apple (App Store purchases, Sign in with Apple, iOS push), Google (Sign-In, Google Play purchases, Android push) and Stripe (web payments). Speech-to-text and the safety review of public comments are pinned to zero-data-retention routing, so the provider neither retains that data nor can train on it. Document recognition first passes the file to OpenRouter's file-parser plugin, which that routing does not cover; it runs only after you explicitly confirm it for that file. Other AI features follow the policy of the provider behind the selected model. Purchases are completed through the Apple App Store, Google Play billing or Stripe on the web, and no full payment-card data reaches us. Processors are contractually held to protection equivalent to this policy. Account deletion has a 14-day cancellation period followed by erasure or de-identification, subject to minimum legal, financial, fraud-prevention, security, and backup retention.
