最终用户许可协议
从 Apple App Store 下载的 MacroAlpha 适用 Apple 的标准许可应用最终用户许可协议（Standard EULA）。本页是对 MacroAlpha 服务的补充；如 App 许可条款发生冲突，以 Apple Standard EULA 为准。
许可
在遵守 Apple Standard EULA、本协议和使用条款的前提下，我们授予用户一项有限、个人、不可转让、非独占的许可，在用户拥有或控制且经 Apple 规则允许的设备上使用 MacroAlpha。
限制
除适用法律明确允许外，不得反编译、规避技术保护、出租、转售、再许可、批量抓取、制造替代服务，或使用 App 侵犯他人权利。会员访问权仅供获授权账号使用。
用户生成内容与零容忍
App 内的评论、笔记分享、私信、个人资料等由用户生成的内容（UGC）须遵守社区规范。MacroAlpha 对不良内容与滥用行为采取零容忍政策：对骚扰、仇恨、威胁、色情、暴力、欺诈、垃圾信息或其他违反社区规范的内容，我们可不经事先通知立即移除，并可限制功能、暂停或永久封禁相关账号。用户可使用产品内的举报与屏蔽功能，举报将在 24 小时内得到审查并对被确认违规的内容和用户采取处置；我们不对被移除内容或被封禁账号承担恢复义务。
所有权、更新与第三方服务
App、品牌和自有内容的所有权不随许可转移。更新可能为继续安全使用所必需。Apple、支付、托管、内容来源或外部链接等第三方服务受其各自条款约束。
支持与终止
MacroAlpha 而非 Apple 负责 App 的维护与支持，请访问 https://app.macroalpha.io/support 或联系 founder@macroalpha.io。违反许可时许可可终止；终止后应停止使用 App，但依法继续有效的条款不受影响。

MacroAlpha downloaded from the Apple App Store is licensed under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. This document supplements that license for the MacroAlpha service; the Apple Standard EULA controls any conflict concerning the app license.
Subject to those terms, users receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license. Reverse engineering, circumvention, resale, sublicensing, bulk extraction, infringement, and unauthorized sharing of membership access are prohibited except where applicable law expressly permits. MacroAlpha, not Apple, provides support.
User-generated content and zero tolerance. Comments, shared notes, messages, profiles and other user-generated content must follow the Community Guidelines. MacroAlpha has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users: content that is harassing, hateful, threatening, sexual, violent, fraudulent, spam or otherwise in breach of the Guidelines may be removed immediately without notice, and the responsible account may be restricted, suspended or permanently banned. Users can report and block in the product; reports are reviewed within 24 hours and confirmed violations are acted on by removing the content and ejecting the user. We have no obligation to restore removed content or banned accounts.
